If a scammer stole from you using our identity - we can’t help you. You should report to police.

Here’s a couple of ways to make sure you work with us and not with a scammer:

• We always meet our applicants at our properties. We never lease sight unseen.

• We don’t ask a deposit or rent payment before a lease was signed.

• We do not accept wires.

• Rule of thumb (for any scam): If it seems too good to be true - it’s probably not true.
